First Day: Dibba

Due to the rental company not providing Oman Insurance (as stated on their website), we altered our original route and drove to the Hatta/Oman border where we purchased the essential Omani car insurance. For the Eid celebration, many people were out to sell their goats and cows. We walked around this market area to check out the local scene and the young children took it upon themselves to show us around. They were very interested in us and I concluded that they don’t see many tourists.
