We found an ideal spot to set up camp and the wind started to pick up. Those who thought square footage was an important characteristic of a tent were proved very wrong when their tent was unable to stand up to the wind. Barry became very popular when he revealed his extra set of tent pegs for the sand. The rain came shortly thereafter which meant we had to move the fire under the two tarps brought to cover our large group of nature lovers and there we stood enjoying the beautiful lightening and sounds of booming thunder.
